CCDS is a non-profit agency that provides employment-related services, training and community integration opportunities to adults with developmental disabilities.

For over 35 years, we’ve been helping people live meaningful, integrated lives.  Through our nationally accredited programs, we offer a variety of choices and person-centered guidance for more than 400 adults on their individual roads toward independence.

OUR PROGRAMS & SERVICES

COMMUNITY EMPLOYMENT

Through its Community Employment Services (CES) program, CCDS strives to fully integrate adults with disabilities into meaningful jobs in a wide variety of professions. This empowers our individuals while educating the broader community of the significant contribution these adults can make in the workplace.

CCDS facilitates the process every step of the way by providing pre-screened applicants, customized job placement, and ongoing onsite training and support.
